Bound Angle Pose A
Baddha Konasana A
Bound Angle Pose A is a seated hip opener with the soles of the feet pressed together and drawn in toward the pelvis. Holding the feet and lengthening the spine encourages the knees to release toward the floor, opening the inner thighs and groins. It is a foundational hip preparation used near the end of the Primary Series.
