Plow Pose
Halasana
Plow Pose extends from Shoulderstand, lowering the straight legs overhead until the toes reach the floor behind the head. It stretches the entire spine and shoulders and quiets the mind as part of the finishing sequence. Keeping weight in the shoulders protects the neck.
