Revolved Side Angle Pose is a deep standing twist over a bent front leg, hooking the opposite elbow outside the knee and reaching one long line from the back heel to the top fingertips. It builds balance and core strength while wringing out the spine. Rooting the back foot powers the revolve.
Alignment cues
- Bend the front knee to a right angle
- Hook the opposite elbow outside the front knee and twist
- Reach the top arm over the ear and press the back foot down
