Reclining Angle Pose
Supta Konasana
Reclining Angle Pose lowers the legs overhead into a wide straddle, catching the big toes with the fingers before rolling up to balance and land the straight legs. It stretches the hamstrings and inner thighs and builds the control needed to roll up with a flat back. The toe grip guides the roll.
Alignment cues
